Chana Masala Powder

Chana masala powder is added to the dish called chana masala or chickpea curry that can be served with roti, naan, paratha or rice. Delicious chana can be prepared by cooking this masala in roasted onions and tomatoes, followed by adding to the gravy precooked chana. The cooks do not have to add different masalas from their masala box as they can use only chana masala powder.
