Our company is in the business of spice making, since 1941. Fresh fenugreek leaves are washed and sun-dried before processing. The kasuri methi, also called dried fenugreek leaves, tastes slightly pungent and bitter, but adds a distinct flavor into the Indian dishes. The dried leaves are crumbled and mainly used for sprinkling onto the dishes, like vegetable curry, chicken and meat. Apart from being used in Indian dishes, this spice is added to Turkish, Euthopian, Persian and Egyptian cuisines. People often use kasuri methi, if they find celery leaves or watercress leaves out of stock.
